As the Director of Creative Development for GQ , I was responsible for shaping the magazine’s visual storytelling through innovative video strategies that resonated with our audience. With my team, I conceptualized, developed, and oversaw a diverse range of video projects—from cover videos, short-form social content to long-form editorial series—ensuring each aligned with GQ’s brand identity and pushed creative limits.
In this role, I collaborated closely with editorial leadership teams, directors, producers, and external partners to quickly bring bold, often ahead of the curve ideas, to life.
I was involved in every stage of the content workflow, from pre-production to post-production and publishing, maintaining consistency in quality and storytelling across platforms. This role allowed me to combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to elevate GQ’s video presence and expand its influence in the digital video space, often amassing million of views across respective platforms.

Directed celebrities, notable talent, subject matter experts, across a range of video formats from sit down interviews, fashion cover films, red carpet, to longer form narrative exposé’s.

Establishing set design, graphic treatments, tone and pacing, and elements that demonstrate a premium feel, while balancing audience engagement, to all of our content

Working with and leading directors, producers, editors and external partners to create the highest performing content

Developing publishing strategies, as well assessing and adjusting SEO qualifiers such as thumbnails, titles, strategic cut-downs, and distributing on new platforms when possible.
