Director of Creative Development, GQ

As the Director of Creative Development for GQ , I was responsible for shaping the magazine’s visual storytelling through innovative video strategies that resonated with our audience. With my team, I conceptualized, developed, and oversaw a diverse range of video projects—from cover videos, short-form social content to long-form editorial series—ensuring each aligned with GQ’s brand identity and pushed creative limits.

In this role, I collaborated closely with editorial leadership teams, directors, producers, and external partners to quickly bring bold, often ahead of the curve ideas, to life.

I was involved in every stage of the content workflow, from pre-production to post-production and publishing, maintaining consistency in quality and storytelling across platforms. This role allowed me to combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to elevate GQ’s video presence and expand its influence in the digital video space, often amassing million of views across respective platforms.
